Because for a pitch comes out the roof correctly with the wooden joists that I made with: Design, Extra flap, Roof maker, Guided roof creation;instead the other flap the n. 1, do not the joists come out? Because the joists do not emerge downwards but are incorporated into a volume, what should I click to make them emerge, like a normal roof with wooden joists?

The command is Adjust. It combines Trim and Extend.

When Adjust will not "cut" what you need then the command to use is Split, which is not as fast as ACAD's trim since you need to click to select the items you need to delete and then press "delete".
