Building pad

Hello,

Is there a quick and easy way to create building pad without having to transform the original topo (creating a copy, layer etc...) (similar to revit building pad fonction).

Hi there,

You can use Solid Element Operations (Select an Element > Right Click > Connect > Solid Element Operations) with your foundation slab, or create a slab to fit the shape you want and put it on a hidden layer. The Operation you need is Subtraction, the slab will be an Operator, and the mesh will be a Target. Later on, you can edit the slab and the change will be reflected in the mesh.
