The methodology of design for a particular building requires that I navigate within the 3D window, and make subjective decisions from that view. The building has become very complex and designing in plan and section is quite futile.
Does anyone else design in this way? If so, you may as I am doing, set up various camera positions to save time 'navigating' the spaces created.
DCJP wrote:Yep. If you selected a camera, and opened the 3D window (context menu or right click), in the 3D navigation palette's upper right corner is the small triangle as Millard correctly observed. There, you have the option to put a new camera into the current path, or modify the selected one. If you opened the 3D window without selecting a camera first, it will only offer to place a new camera. I usually adjust the camera views by this method; how interactive can you get ?!?!
However, is it possible to move the views of individual cameras via the walk tool etc. and keep those particular settings/views.
