It would be possible if only you could schedule elements in Sections or Details.

I've been wanting the same thing. What we now do is to use labels for the number and writing the same number with desired description in the project notes. This enables us to do it progressively and the notes don't get lost or, with some care, aren't duplicated. We then cut and paste the notes from the project note window onto the drawing. Some formatting is required because the project note window does not have tabs.
I guess one could set up a notes window and go to it via navigator. We'll try it.
