1) Select drawing that has the title
2) File- Libraries and Objects -> Open Object
3) Select - Edit Full View
4) Edit
5) Save As Title Type
for a new title start with "New Object" from the "Libraries…"

thanks for your reply mr.Ejrolon, but i'm still confuse because i'm not understand about GDL. I only want to add text "Scale" before the text 1 :100. So it'll show "Scale 1 :100" below the drawing name. Thanks.

That is a different question,
right click on your drawing and select "Drawing Selection Settings" Under the Title Tab you will see a list of settings based on the type of title selected.

its great, problem solved. i'm using AC10 so it has different with AC 11 in parameter list of setting.
