File size increase x 1300% when saved

Hi,

I save a solo project into an project archive and the file jumps from 142 MB to 1.7 GB. That is 13x.

Why is this? What is taking up so much space when saved as pla? Didn't happened before.

PS: It saved from AC26 to AC26.

Hi,

it's just 13x times the size 😉 and a pla-file might store the libraries and other things in the file. This explains the change in size

Correct, I was thinking in percentage and forgot to write "%". I will try the settings.

I unchecked everything except compress file, the filesize still around the same 1.7 GB (it reduced by 150 MB 😂).

What else can i do?

PS: This didn't happen in earlier versions, usually it just doubled.

I took one by one deleting and found out what was causing the huge size for me.

It was the surfaces, maybe it helps someone.
