This tool continues to hit the wall on its limits in very basic conditions.

Are these part of the Rail Connection?

it is a connection issue. I just had to kick it around 5-6x and it eventually cleaned up. this was done with a single rail, using a complex profile

Separated rails will clean up automatically.

I can't say I have tried with a single complex profile rail.

Ah, yeah, your issue stems from the (profile_height)cos(slope_angle) of your "rail" being longer than the gap between your posts. It creates a single fillet at the mid point, and that just so happens to extend beyond your post. If you extended the distance between the top of your stair and the corner you should notice that it will clean up properly.

ps. Rail Arrays when?

pss. I cannot seem to find the wish...
