Help: problem with windows dimensions

I ve a problem in Ac v10: there's something wrong in dimensions. Example:I have a window with up and down reveal of 5cm + upper resizing of 21 cm.
The plan height dimension of window is wrong (21 cm less).
In AC 9 all worked fine.
