Na imagem em anexo usei a janela
Double Sash (
1.3Windows/Wood Plastic Windows/Casement Window
) e inseri uma venesiana semelhante a que estava em teu desenho.
O mais confuso, eu acredito, seria o gradil da vidraça (não sei como o chamam em Portugal). É habilitado alterando os parâmetros em (
Sash Frame/Sash Style
) e então defina as medidas das peças.
Seria isso a tua dúvida?

For those who don't speak portuguese I was explaning how to add a shutter using the Double Sash window. Found in (
1.3Windows/Wood Plastic Windows/Casement Window
)
Then add the frames changing the parameters of that window in the Sash Frame/Sash Style list.
