Inclined curved beam

Any way to create an inclined curved beam? Beam tools won't allow an incline on a curved beam profile. So......any other way that might be accomplished? Mesh maybe? Thanks in advance.

I ran into this on a recent project, and ended up using the Railing tool.
Turn off all the parts except for the top rail, and use the profiled rail to choose whatever shape beam you need.
Works pretty well actually.
