Hi everyone , as all of us know the power of modelling come in archicad 15 but compare to revit i wonder how we can assign curtain wall for designed shell
where is real power you can not assign wall to designed shape to assign doors ans windows
man does any one think about this , i love archicad but the power of modelling is meanless without ability to make curtain wall or walls can not embedded to shells

Hi Ahmed!

This has already been discussed here
http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=36142&start=160

And more well illustrated here

GS Claims to have a different approach from the massing "paradigm" as elements in ArchiCAD are directly modeled as wall... etc. in all cases, I personnaly hope that what we have in AC15 is only part of what could be acheivable in the upcoming versions.

And yes the Revit massing tool has for the moment a more parametric and a far more freeform modeling tool set .

ooops when i saw the wish of the link, i recognized that archicad 15 is late and not still mach the new technology i expect. i hope to see this wish in archicad 16 i wish archicad 16 that i can assign wall and curtain wall and slabs to designed desired shell with more further options in shell.
Is graphisoft working on this or have another priority ?!! let us see a vessel of hope.
