MEP presets missing in hotlinks

I am working in a project that has several rooms that are identical, so I decided to use hotlinks for these rooms. I added some pipe routes and other MEP elements to this hotlink. However the MEP presets appear as "MISSING" in the host file. The segment preset, bend design criteria, branch preset and transition design criteria all appear as "MISSING". When I open the hotlink file, the presets are shown correctly. This results in some MEP elements that are slightly different as they were modeled, but there are others that are quite different.

This image shows some pipe routing before being saved as a hotlink, all the presets are correct.

Here's my hotlink file. Also the MEP presets are shown correctly.

This is again my host file, the presets from the hotlink are shown as "MISSING" and some elements have an odd representation.

I have tried using other presets (even default ones), using a .mod file and a .pln file as a hotlink, but nothing works. What could I been doing wrong?

If by 'preset' you are referring to the 'Rout Specifications', then these can be imported and exported between files.

You will need to be sure that the same ones are set in each file.

I am not a MEP user, but I hope this is what you need.
