I don't think so but the most common practice is to use #LayoutName and #SubsetName for your title block. Usually you write your floor plan name under the layout name.

You don't need to copy and pase anything. What you've got with the 3D documents is a live view from your shadows that will update with any change. Here's a video: Final result (blue - new construction, red - demolition):

Leave the door as symbolic on the floor plan display. Then on the door settings go to Floor Plan and Section, then turn on the wall contour lines, and select the desired line type.
