Labels & Text - delayed text input AC28

Does anyone else have delayed text input on their labels? When typing in notes the actual onscreen text shows up much slower than actually input on the keyboard - kinda like drunken typing. This has been sporadic but became an issue with AC28. Some days its fine and some days it's really laggy. The issue is across multiple projects and machines. Changing the font type does not seem to resolve the issue. Up until now we have just dealt with it but a fix would be fantastic.

*Edit - we also have this issue with text boxes in general, not just labels.

I'm also experiencing delayed text input as described, but in AC29.

Any suggestions?

We have three Macs (one Intel iMac running Sonoma and two silicon Mac Studios running Sequoia), all with the same text input delay.  All 3 have the current update of AC 28.  One user reported that this issue was only after the Mac Studio was upgraded from Ventura to Sequoia.  There are no typeit4me-like apps installed.  This delay is only happening in Archicad, no other apps on the Macs.  Any insight or potential fixes would be greatly appreciated.

The same issue has happened to me in all sort of Macs since AC26 or AC27 , I'm not sure. I've noticed it happens only when i have the Caps Lock On. If I write with them turned off, or even holding shift, the problem seems to be gone.

Look for this CursorUIViewservice (Not Responding) on your Activity Monitor and kill the task then it will resume to it speed when typing. This is a glitch on the new os of the mac and keep on coming back so I have my Activity Monitor on my side and cross (kill) the task when ever I experience the lag/ slowness of the text in put.

I have similar experience but then I just noticed on the activity monitor and saw the red text 'CursorUlViewService (Not Responding)' and tried to kill the task and saw the improvement. It is a glitch with the recent os and with the archicad software only.
