How do I move a zone stamp without moving the entire zone fill polygon with it?

To move the stamp, you must have the zone selected....then select the zone tool....click on a node surrounding the stamp...and drag it around...

If the zone tool is not active, right click on the zone hotspot (always visible), grab the center hotspot of the zone stamp, and relocate as needed. No Drag command needed.

AC 11 USA Build 1040 (Mactel) is crashing on me and on everybody around when one clicks on the stamp hotspot with the zone tool active.

Anybody getting this to work?
