Moving an entire project from 1 PC to another

Who can tell me how i can move an entire project, incl. all library info/ plotmaker files/ from one PC to another.(in another City)
Do you just save the project file and email it? Sorry if this is a stupid question. (Noob)

Save the Archive (File/SaveAs). Include everything. Burn on CD/DWD (might be huge).

If the version of the ArchiCAD is the same and the library management is the same, then just zip the project folders (if arranged properly) and unzip at another place.

The original project is in Archicad 8 and I use version 9.
You are saying that i should unzip the file. To which folder?
