Perspective view wont work

Hi every one,

I am a teacher in a high school and we have just started using AcrhiCad. and I have a problem with one of my students project.
using the 3d view they can get the axonametric view but when switching to the perspective view all they get is a white window . is there some setting that will chnage this or is it some bug in thier model.

please help

You were simply looking in the wrong direction in the 'perspective' view. Go to View> 3D view mode> 3D projection settings. Click on the "Perspective settings" button if it is in "Parallel Settings". In the plan view on the left - Shift-click to place camera, Alt-click to place target.
Make sure Camera Z and Target Z are according to your model height. Click OK and go to 3D view.
