I have placed a fill onto a slab for a floor plan i am working on, yet i want to change the direction of the fill and am haveing trouble doing so, any suggestions.

Display options are at vectorial, of course?

Change your fill to be Linked to fill origin. Enjoy.

And make sure Fill Handles are ON in "On screen view options"
