Sandwich Panel

Hi everybody. I was wondering, can I create sandwich panel by using wall tool?

The panel looks like this:

I built it using railing tool. It was easy, but I couldn't create an opening inside of it. Then I tried to dig into log wall but couldn't get the desired result. Is there any way in the wall tool to make sandwich panel like this?

yeah, the goodies can be hit or miss; but as I mentioned; complex profiles are an option.
