Hello everyone althought it seems basic I just can't model my stair. I can edit my tread and the line for my riser but il doesn't affect the shape of the stair. The red lines represent what I want. Any advice ? Thanks in advance.

Yes, this is a limitation of the Stair tool - even if you modify the geometry of the treads and risers, the monolithic structure of the stair will not be modified accordingly. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about it. For example, you cannot use SEO to cut away the unnecessary pieces because all SEOs will affect all parts of the Stair (Treads and Risers as well, not only the Structure).
Your best bet in this case may be to use other tools such as Slabs (and use a Roof to cut its bottom to a sloped plane) or Morph, to model the Stair.

If you turn the treads on, you can go into 'edit' mode and edit the shape of the treads and you will not see the structure in plan.
In 3D the structure will not be altered, but you can turn it off.
Then set the treads to be thicker so it looks like stairs.
Not perfect but better than all 2D line work.
