What version of Archicad are you using and what is the door objects name?

Without knowing this I would be guessing that it is a Model View Option for the library parts that will allow you to turn on/off the access area.

It is best to add your Archicad version and machine specs and operating system to the signature in your profile (the profile link is at the top of the forum page).
This way you will never forget to pass on information that might affect the answer to your question.

Beautiful

Thank you for doing that.

Now if everyone else would do this too then those who answer questions will find it much easier to be more accurate in their reply.

In version 14 and above you should also find an option in the door parameters to over-ride this option on an individual basis.

The MVO setting is a global across the board setting (which in most cases is exactly what you want).
