Strange wall sticking out

Not applicable
I asked about this before, but no one replied .

I am using two complex profile walls, and a profiled sill plate in between( it's nothing but a plate, except that I added an 'X' to it ), as well as a composite slab. I want a layer of stucco on the rim board and sill plate as to cover them up. what I get is this weird intersection. I can't make out why it has to stick out like that, but it seems that it's related to my profiled walls. I have no solid element operations on them.

Anyone got an idea?

This is what's under the stucco.

Here's the 2D look of the stucco layer, it seems as if they don't intersect.

Some spot ideas:
- have you checked the junction order in materials?
- try the same intersection at ground level linking elements to the level, does it appear again?
