License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This is another quick survey to see what kind of internet connection speed ArchiCAD users around the world have access to.

If you have a spare moment would you please visit www.speedtest.net and select a pyramid nearest you to begin the test. It's quite a cool test and after about 30 seconds it will display your download and upload speeds.

If you could reply with a quick post in this format:

City:
Country:
Download Speed: xxxx kbps
Upload Speed: yyyy kbps

I would much appreciate it. If you have multiple locations (eg. home and office), please feel free to include them all.

Thanks for your time!

Cheers,
Link.

When I moved into town (from out in the vineyards) I switched from a T1 line to Cable...

Lots more speed (even on upload) and lots less money

Download 18.14 mbps = 18,140 kbps
Upload 1.09 mbps = 1,090 kbps

That is without the National Broadband. I'll try it when I get home where we have the NBN.

That's an awesome upload speed (and ping)! You should be hosting BIM servers for the rest of us. 🙂

My service just got upgraded last week thanks to an amazingly nice CenturyLink tech. I was 16Mbps down / 0.8 Mbps up ... and he managed to get me the attached for $5 more/month. Nice!

While my Ethernet adapter seems to have died, I get a good 24.75 Mbps down and 22.2 Mbps up on my campus network at the university.
