Hello for everyone!

How can I change zero point in archicad for all drawings, is there any function? It's often when I don't know the wright thickness of the first floor, because it sometimes changes of client wishes. And I don't want manually elevate all stories in 3D window.

The top of the floor should be your zero point. If I understand you correctly, you are looking for the story height settings, these can be set
Design>Story Settings
or use the shortcut ctrl/cmd+7

I'm not sure if you're talking out project zero from sea level but that's under Options->Project Prefs->Project North and Levels.

Yes, I'm talking about that Project North and Levels! But how can I change it? Nothing is changing in my sections.

Exactly what are you trying to accomplish? There are too many aspects to this to know how to answer.
