Any ideas on why when I am printing in Color and my plan is showing in color my trace and reference is printing in black and white?

Now, I am printing my trace and references in color but they come out the wrong color.

They are showing on screen as line green and printing blue. . .

I think what you mean is lime green to blue?
If that's the case, lime green to blue might just be minor shift, could it be printer/screen calibration?
Or different pen set?
Different pens sets for top and bottom trace view, causing color shift?
