Wall and door shows up in Floor Plan, Wall disappears in 3D view

In a two-story residential project if noticed that in a 3D view the wall is missing and the door remains.
This occurs on the first floor and the element above is a slab representing the second floor. Is this a bug in Archicad-24?? This doesn't occur in all situations. Tried deleting the slab element to see if this corrects but the error continues. Also I've noticed that sometimes when I enter a door in a wall it will appear outside the wall and it takes several attempts to align correctly while not changing the door parameters. Help!
