Wall/beam intersection in 3D

If we have a beam into the body of a wall when we set the beam layer off the wall is going to have a hole in the place of the beam
Is there any other way except,the "3D Intersection priorities", to avoid this?

Maybe the Layer Intersection number

See attached. Change value for layer with beam. Make sure it is a different value than the wall with the intersection.

Yes.

The walls, beams and coluns have their own intersection priorities, independednt of the layers. Whoever has a greater number, cuts all else.
