Wall closure - insulation turning

I am having problems getting the desired result for turning the skin in for the insulation.

Wall skins are:
- plaster 1 cm
- rc 18 cm
- thermal insulation 7,5 cm
- plaster 0,7 mm

At the (entrance) door I want to have the skin turned, but not in the same width as TI (7,5 cm), but only 2 cm. It is easy to have it turned in the same width, but as far as I see it it's not possible to adjust it separately.

If I manage to adjust it separately and get the desired width, the RC gets "cut" by the thermal insulation?! Not good.
