Hello,
I have a new wall meeting an existing wall. The outer leaf material are different and on different renovation filters. Where the brick meets the block i would like a line to separate the materials. Where the cavity air space meet there is a line and i do not want that line to be there as the cavities are continuous. The office i work in has 25 yrs archicad experience on the program and they put a 2D line at the wall junction and air space fill over the cavity line. I refuse to believe this is the solution. The 'wall end line' are set to 'both'. Thank you

So long as the cavity Building Material is the same one in both walls, they should blend without the line (it does for me and has done for Steve as well).

Should be possible.
But the line marked as Yes is not going to be there unless you draw it. Not really necessary is it ?
Also, how it prints may not be the same as how you see in on your screen at various scales and zoom.
Can't help much without the specific Composits your using.
