Wall finish extending beyond wall

Can anyone tell me why my wall finish goes pass the edge? The walls are intersected, the issue is resolved when I connect my foundation walls but then those walls project off the edge aswell.

This situation is usually caused by the reference lines of overlapping or intersecting walls. You will either need to change the Reference Line Location and compensate with an offset, offset the Reference Line and compensate with the Reference Line Offset, or have your intersecting walls on Layers with different Intersection Groups.
