I've never seen a door like that in my 30 or so years of professional experience so I don't know if there is a formal name for it. If I were to make something up...perhaps "double opposite swing single door"

To model in ArchiCAD depends on the library parts of course but it seems it could be done with two doors facing opposite directions with the jamb depths set to half the wall thickness and casings set to hinge sides only.

I'd say it's a "lock-off" door(s)

Of course. If I ever booked adjoining suites I would have seen them IRL at least. I'm so used to thinking egress I was struggling to imagine an application. I guess it's obvious I haven't done hospitality work.

Lock-off...that's it!
I'll do it with two separate doors.
Thanks guys!
