Where to scale and why?

I've noticed that there are two ways to scale a drawing on a layout.

1. In the view settings.

2. In the drawing settings.

Which is correct and why?

Hi all,

is this Super Zone still around and does it work with 13, 14 and soon 15?

If so where can I get it?

I am trying to resize the Zone Stamp when we change from 1:100 to 1:200.

It seems that unless someone in the forum is willing to post SuperZone, it may be inaccessible as the developer now works for a competing software vendor, probably one of the reasons his website has disappeared.

I have not used it and it is not free but if you scroll down the page there are some testimonials from some companies, maybe you could contact them to see if the tool can meet your needs.
