Window's mullions floor plan display

Hello everybody.
Can anybody help me to make the window's mullions show in floor plan? (I've attached a printscreen describing the issue)
I have to mention that both 2D & 3D detail levels are set to "detailed".
Thank you

Which window and at what scale?

In general, mullions show only at 1:50 and larger (1:25 etc) scales. Otherwise you get a black blob when printing.

It is also possible that the window is scripted in such a way that it does not show mullions at all (for example, the popular Ribbon window).

HTH,
Thank you so much Djordje for your quick reply.
The scale is 1:50 (I've tried it also at 1:10, 1:5, with the same result). The window is a fixed one (W Direct Glazed 10). The mullions are set to "editable grid", as I want to move them at different distances. Mullions' width and thickness = 5 cm.
I've tried some other windows (W Pivot Hung 10, W1 Casement 10, W Feature 1 10, W Bottom Hung 10), but with no result.
Is there some way I could solve this?
Thank you.

Check to see what your "2D Detail Level" is set to (under Floor Plan Settings). If it is set to "Scale Sensitive", it will change by designated drawing scales. If it is set to "Simple", for instance, it will remain a simple symbol regardless of scale.

Thank you Laura.
"2D Detail Level" is set to "detailed"... and the problem is still there.

The only 2 windows (of the ones you cited) that I have in the USA Library are the W1 Casement and W Pivot Hung (so I can't help you with the others). If the 2D Level is set to "Detailed", then a "Show Grills" option becomes available under Floor Plan Symbol -- switching this On will show the mullions in plan view.

Well, I can't seem to find this option (could it be some USA feature only?).
Anyway, silly me... I've managed to solve this issue by changing the "Floor Plan Display" from "Symbolic" to " Projected" (I wonder why I didn't do it from the beginning).
Thank you again Laura for your support.
