Could you please help me how to create this window? I've been trying to find the similar window and then manipulate it but not found anything. Thanks

You should add a signature to your profile as Windows and Doors are one of the many things which are AC version / library specific. See mine for more information.

In this case I am not, as I don't use the default Archicad library, so I am not familiar with the Graphisoft windows.
You seem to be from Australia, so you should have this window in your default Archicad library.
Other nationalities may not have it.
That will give you the basic set-up, but you will have to explore the other settings for frame sizes, etc.
