You can import a DWG to a worksheet and Draw the fills there and copy/paste to the Profile Window. Checking now you cannot import directly to the CP window nor use Trace Reference there.

You cannot magic wand a dwg placed using the Drawing tool (this is usually the best way to place a dwg as it doesn't bring in all the attributes). If you care about keeping your attributes 'clean,' start a new file into which you either xref or merge the dwg, then you can magic wand a fill using attributes that already exist in your other file. Then you then copy and paste this fill into you cp window.
