I have always put two walls next to each other, or used the profiler tool to add a brick wainscot. I am not sure but you may be able to use SEO's to do this but that is beyond my limited knowledge.

The Wall Accessories are really cool for MODELING, but need some improvement in pen selection and section fills. Only 1 pen in elevation and 1 fill in section does not cut it for a brick wall with a pre-cast sill and siding above.
The product models the situation BEAUTIFULLY, but the line weights don't look so great....

just to clarify, if this was the section, are you saying Id be able to model that fine, but will it look decent enough in a plan view to give to the construction crew? and how bout in a photo rendering? although I suppose that wouldnt matter too much, since it would be hidden for thew most part...

Renderings look great with it. You may have to trace over lines in elevation or add fills in section to really use it for construction documents.

I'm going to buy the software, but I've gotta bug you one more time, and just show you exactly what I mean, so that I'm 100% sure we're on the same page... the pictures below are the 3D view, and plan view of the same wall, I made this wall using SEO's, and then put the SEO operators on they're own layers, and hid them... the cutout through the foundation heighth wall int he middle would be for a doorframe, notice that it looks fine in the 3D view, but you cant see the cut in the plan view. also, the only way i was able to show the ledge in the plan view was to create a composite with two different hatching... so hopefully you understand what I'm talking about and you can be a pal, and give me that last wee bit of reassurance before I buy

cheers,
Dan
