detail of section does not follow the structural display

hi,
section setting is set to auto rebuild (as per help menu) and in view settings the structural display is set to core the section window shows the core correctly BUT when a detail is created in this window, the detail window shows the ENTIRE MODEL (and of course the detail view setting has a ! in front of it) . am I missing a point or an additional setting??

hi,
i guess no one is using detail of a section to see the issue?!. i have contacted GS and the tell me its a bug!!! very frustrated.
