You will have to make it out of two stairs: one with a single stair, and the other with the U shaped stair.

You can make the whole thing out of a slab in Plan View. Save it as a GDL object. Open the GDL object to edit it. Go to the 3D Script section and place the following code at the very top of the 3D Script section:

ROTX 90

In Plan View for this to work, draw the slab as if you were seeing it in Elevation View.
