missing walls, windows and doors in 2nd plans but not on 3d

my walls, windows and doors disappeared in my second floor plan but they're present in 3d view and my ground floor plan. I already tried the layers, renovation filters, making those elements symbolic and everything i could think of but still i havent resolved it. what to do??

Have you drawn them on the 2nd floor or just copied them from the 1st? In that case, they would disappear in the floor plan but still appear in the 3D viewer.
