problem when creating custom windows

Hello there i have a problem when i creating cutom window first i use slab below it and called it in id wallhole that is ok but reveal depth of window in 2d symbol different than in 3d (see the attached image) if i change reveal depth to make it in 3d in suitble place it result a problem in 2d so i do not know what to do
please guide me

When modeling doors and windows, make sure that: you do it on the origin, and the Z has to be in the bottom middle of the door/window frame thickness.

ah did you mean in 3d the z axis should be zero? here is my shot before saving it as window

When creating custom window, the outside of your window should be at height zero. So when using slabs to draw your window the top should be zero.

Note: when using Complex Profiles you should check the Opening Reference option in the editor.
