Only Library Elements have true "default settings", the predefined values of the parameters.
For these (Objects, Doors, Windows, Stairs, etc) you can revert to default selecting the element, opening the setting box and clicking on the same element in the left side (Library browser).
For Construction elements, Drawing elements and Annotations there is no simple way, I think, to revert to a "previous" state, if you have performed other operations (so Undo is not an option). Unless the settings were stored as a Favorite.
