How can I intersect two spheres?
Meaning I want to lose these two dark grey parts.

If I model these two half spheres with the Shell Tool, and set their Trimming Body to Editable, then select both elements and use the Connect > Trim Elements to Roof/Shell context menu command, then it will give me a correct result.
