So for a Window with 90 cm parapet, you make it 100 cm high from the bottom of the Wall, enter 10 cm for Subfloor Thickness.
The window will correctly display 90 cm for it parapet.

We also use it extensively;

b) office premises - to get the bottom of the door above raised flooring systems
c) residential - allowing 10mm - 1/2" for floor finishes also allows you to deal effectively with floor strips at changes in covering.
