toggle from selection tool to last tool used

In ACAD 7, one was able to toggle between selection tool and last tool used by hitting the right arrow key. Is there such an action in ACAD 9? It is quite useful.

In Options/Work Environment go to Shortcut Schemes/Keyboard Shortcuts.

Set the list to All commands by theme

In Folder # 12 (Actions) you will find Arrow Tool/Last Tool Toggle; assign it 1 as a shortcut, overriding the default
