window marker fill opaque does not work!!

Okay, so i have the window marker setting to an opaque fill and it shows properly in view map floor plan view.

however when it is transferred to a layout it no longer is opaque. I need to make it opaque for printing (the layout view is updated). Anyway I am stumped.

That is a mystery and an annoying one at that.

I am just shooting in the dark (as I cannot see how this occurred) but what if you change the display order of either the windows or roof.

Select windows or roof and select Edit>Display Order> Send Forward (or Send Backward.

Maybe moving them up and then down again may do something? That would be something I would try. Good luck.

hey that worked. I had tried earlier to change the display order of the window elements but it is not allowed.

The roof however can be sent backward and voila! problem solved! thx.
