Choose Hotlink... just a tease?

The problem is changing, or re-linking, a single placed module.

I had this problem in 9 and never resolved it. I thought it would be "fixed" in 11.

In the Hotlink Manager I can change the hotlink for ALL instances of a certain module, but I don't want to do that.

I select one module, with grouping on obviously, go to Module Settings (Shift+M) and everytime Choose Hotlink... is greyed out.

There has to be a way to activate this, or is it just a tease?

I heard somebody promise redirection of individual module instances for 12. Or 13, perhaps, I tend to not pay much attention to promises.

As of today, you can't.
