Hi,
Today we migrated from AC26 to AC27 and again as last year facing critical bugs that crashing our files and causing Archicad to close down. Everyone in office is disapointed that this happening with new version. We waited 3 months so such bugs are fixed and not happening same as in AC26 last year release with Publisher manager when DWG exported caused archicad crashes. This is not acceptable with new releases . . .
GS should be paying us for catching their software bugs. What Your QA engineers are doing ? ? ? We find critical crashes in several hours starting using new version . . . Big question for next year will we be paying for subscription of such product that have repetative issues . . .
Have fun watching video with crash, you can also replicate it Yourself. AC27 Build 4030

I am assuming you have sent the bug reports off, kept a note of the bug numbers and then followed it up with you local support to see what they say is the cause?
Barry.

1. Send bug ID, several times. Never keeping bug ID's because why should I ? I'am writing my email when reporting so if they willing to help they can contact me via e-mail;
2. Made Video replicating bug;
3. Complained here in forums.
Local support usualy not very fast and most of time they can tell that bug is known or unknown, but that does not change anything. So not wasting time . . .

Unfortunately, that's not how tech support works - even though all of us would think so. I have no idea why they ask for the email, as they never use it.
The official means of having a crash looked at is to save every bug ID... yes, you must, crazy as it seems... and send those bug IDs to your local tech support who will then coordinate the issue. Not doing this means that your specific issue will not be addressed with you but just go into the huge pile of 'things to fix'.
Again, we all wish QA were handled differently... but it is what it is. If you do not spend your time, then it will not get prioritized. Just the way it is.
PS. Just watched your video. Nice that you explained and demonstrated there. But, posting a video here and complaining here does nothing... all of us are just users like you. Tech Support does not come here to find bug reports...

If they don't following complains here in Forums, then let it be like that I don't care. Just letting other User to know about this issue maybe they expierencing it as well and don't understand the cause.

Once upon a time not that long ago but oh so long ago back when things worked there used to be a GS guy that followed the forum, asked questions and attempted to replicate problems, and often ended the exchange with “I am filing a report – number NNNNNNNNN”.

Yes, I think we all miss when @MinhNguyen was a Graphisoft employee and participated so much here. I hoped that they would assign a new employee to his old role, but it hasn't seemed to happen.
