IFC Translators not showing up for Hotlink modules

Hello.

We're having an issue at my office in which a few projects (both Temwork and Solo), when importing an IFC file as a hotlink module, it doesn't show the list of translators, making it impossible to insert.

A project was fixed by upgrading it from ArchiCAD 28 to ArchiCAD 29, but another kept the bug in ArchiCAD 29.

Seems random, has been happening to a few projects within the last week, I don't know what to do.

Did you try the Options button? I get this dialog to choose the translator or could look for other templates...

I know what you mean, but in this case the button does nothing.

Notice how in your picture there are translators showing in the list. That means the bug is not happening.

Hi there,

Are the Archicad templates stored on a network drive by any chance? As we had a similar issue here before. 

A workaround we found is to open an entirely new file (you don't need to save or do anything in this file simply open a new file) then the IFC translators will reappear again in the main teamwork file.
