Library part parameters not appearing in stair sch...

Hello everyone, I am trying to make a stair schedule that will incorporate the surfaces of the treads and the risers. I am adding these parameters in the schedule but they are coming out blank. Does anyone know why? I've attached screenshots. Thank you. (Because we need to submit this, my workaround has been to create new properties in the Property Manager with an Option set but it is tedious and I will have to manually change them if we change the surfaces).
