At the moment, when I create a new issue, it loads in every single layout. In some of my files there are at least hundred layouts. Then i would have to scroll down the list and delete it all, then add the ones I want that are relevant via the change manager
Am I doing this wrong? I would have thought it would be more logical when creating a new issue it starts off BLANK then you start adding the ones you want for that particular issue

Unfortunately it works this way. That user wouldn't forget to add layout - ArchiCAD adds them all. In next issues ArchiCAD automatically adds the only layouts that haven't been issued yet.
You do everything right. You need to select the first layout, then scroll down, holding shift select last one, then press on cross to delete and add layouts that you need.
